Katy Lucas took her training at the West Coast College of Massage therapy in Victoria BC in 2017.

Her background is in Traditional Thai Massage and Yoga Therapy.

Blending her experience, she uses techniques such as Joint Mobilization, Passive Range of Motion, Pin and Stretch, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release and Diaphragmatic Breathing.

She enjoys working deep with muscle and tendon related injuries, as well as with the nervous system to create a feeling of relaxation and restoration post treatment.
